A $135 Diagnostic Fee covers our travel time, the diagnosis of the immediate problem, and a thorough examination. All components will be inspected to assure the continued reliability of your comfort system. Once we have determined the source of the original failure, and evaluated the system as a whole, we will quote you the cost to repair your system.

Our hourly rate is $95 per hour for service related repairs. For quick repairs, the diagnostic fee can sometimes cover the labor, with any added parts needed.

It is best to call direct for no heat, or no cool calls. Direct communication will allow both parties to schedule a prompt and appropriate time. A general parts selection travels with our vehicles and if we can make immediate repairs, upon approval, we will initiate our work. Many proprietary parts exist in our modern systems. Should a repair require specific parts, we will expedite the order and schedule the return repair visit.
