Step 1: Choose Your Plan

Contact 360 Comfort Solutions to discuss your system. We have plans tailored to different equipment combinations and budgets — from single-system coverage to whole-home protection that includes HVAC and water heating. We’ll explain what’s covered, annual visit schedules, warranty benefits, and member discounts.

  • Flexible plans for central AC, heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, water heaters
  • Options for single-system or multi-system coverage
  • Annual or monthly payment options
  • Discounts for bundling multiple systems
  • Priority service guarantee included in all plans

Step 2: Schedule Your First Maintenance Visit

Once you’re enrolled, we’ll get your equipment on our seasonal maintenance schedule. Most members schedule their first visit during their preferred season (spring for cooling readiness or fall for heating readiness). We’ll confirm appointment details and answer any questions.

  • Convenient scheduling — we work with your calendar
  • Seasonal reminder calls before each visit
  • Flexible rescheduling if your plans change
  • Online account portal to track maintenance history
  • 24/7 emergency access to our service team

Step 3: Receive Your Seasonal Maintenance Visits

Our certified technicians arrive on schedule for thorough, systematic maintenance. Depending on your equipment, this includes refrigerant inspections, coil cleaning, filter changes, electrical checks, safety testing, and performance diagnostics. You’ll receive a detailed written report of what was serviced and any recommendations.

  • Professional inspection of all major components
  • Cleaning of coils, filters, and accessible parts
  • Refrigerant level checks and adjustments
  • Electrical connection testing and safety verification
  • Thermostat programming and functionality checks
  • Full system performance diagnostics and reporting

Step 4: Enjoy Priority Repair Service & Extended Warranty

Throughout the year, if you experience a problem with your covered equipment, you call us for emergency or routine repair. Maintenance plan members are prioritized in our service queue — you’re scheduled first. Any repairs needed beyond maintenance are billed at standard service rates, but membership discounts apply to parts and labor.

  • Priority scheduling for emergency repairs
  • Discounted service rates for member repairs
  • Extended equipment warranty protection
  • 24/7 emergency hotline access
  • Seasonal priority response guarantee

Step 5: Annual Plan Review & Renewal

At the end of your plan year, we’ll contact you to review coverage and discuss renewals. As your system ages or if you add new equipment (like an indoor air quality system or generator), we can adjust your plan to match your evolving needs. Loyal members often benefit from special renewal discounts.

  • Annual plan review meeting
  • Recommendation of plan adjustments based on equipment age
  • Renewal discounts for continuing members
  • Coverage for new equipment additions
  • Flexible month-to-month or annual terms

Why Join Our Plans

Why Join 360 Comfort Solutions’ Maintenance Plans

Protecting your heating, cooling, and water heating investment starts with consistent, professional maintenance. Here’s what 360 Comfort Solutions members receive every year.

Regular maintenance catches small problems before they become expensive repairs. Our seasonal tune-ups inspect refrigerant levels, clean coils, check electrical connections, and test safety controls. An affordable spring air conditioning tune-up helps prevent the emergency repair call when your AC fails on the hottest day of summer. Our technicians have serviced heating and cooling systems in Branson, Hollister, Kimberling City, Reeds Spring, and Lampe for over 40 years — we know what fails first and how to prevent it.

Comfort Club members skip the wait. When your furnace stops working in January or your air conditioner quits in July, you get scheduled first. Your comfort is the priority. During peak heating and cooling seasons, same-day or next-morning service is reserved for maintenance plan members while other customers may wait days. Emergency breakdowns happen when they’re most inconvenient — our priority scheduling means you’re back to normal quickly, without the stress of wondering when a technician will arrive.

Manufacturer warranties typically last 1–5 years. Our maintenance plan members enjoy extended warranty protection beyond the factory coverage, protecting your equipment investment for longer. If a covered component fails, we handle the repair or replacement without surprise costs. This peace of mind is especially valuable for higher-ticket systems like heat pumps, boilers, and tankless water heaters, where unexpected failures can be far more costly.

A clean, well-maintained system uses less energy. Over time, furnaces and air conditioners accumulate dust, refrigerant leaks develop, and fan motors lose efficiency. Our twice-yearly maintenance (spring for cooling, fall for heating) restores peak performance. Homeowners report 10–15% lower utility bills after consistent maintenance — savings that often pay for the plan itself within the first year.

You know exactly what you’re paying each month or year. No surprise service calls, no emergency surcharges, no upsold repairs you didn’t authorize. We explain what we find during maintenance and get your approval before any additional work. You’ll get a detailed maintenance report after each visit, so you understand your system’s condition and can plan ahead for upgrades or replacements.

Whether you have central air conditioning, a heat pump, mini-split ductless systems, a furnace, boiler, tankless water heater, or tank water heater, our maintenance plans can cover all of them. Bundling multiple systems often qualifies for discounts, making it more affordable to protect everything at once.

Questions & Answers

Frequently Asked Questions About Maintenance Plans

A standard plan includes twice-yearly maintenance visits (spring and fall), refrigerant checks, coil cleaning, filter replacement, electrical inspections, thermostat testing, and a detailed service report. Extended warranty coverage on covered components is included. The plan also provides priority emergency service scheduling and member discounts on repair work.

Plan costs vary based on the equipment you have and your coverage preferences. Single-system plans are more affordable than bundled coverage. Most homeowners find maintenance plans pay for themselves within a year through energy savings and avoided emergency repair costs. Contact us for a personalized quote based on your systems.

Absolutely. Many homeowners bundle central air conditioning, furnaces, heat pumps, and water heaters under one plan. Bundling multiple systems usually qualifies for a discount. We can structure a plan that covers everything or just your most critical equipment.

Call us immediately. Maintenance plan members receive priority scheduling for emergency repairs. We’ll fit you in as quickly as possible, often same-day or next-morning service depending on call volume. You’ll pay standard repair rates for the emergency service, but member discounts apply.

Extended warranty coverage on plan members covers specific components at no cost. However, emergency repair labor and non-covered parts are billed at standard rates. We always explain what you’ll be charged before we start work. Many members find that the priority scheduling alone is worth the plan cost — avoiding days without heating in winter or cooling in summer is invaluable.

Maintenance plans are generally tied to your address and HVAC system. If you sell your home, we can help transfer the remaining plan balance to your new home’s systems if you’re moving within our service area. Contact us with details.

We maintain central air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, mini-split ductless systems, boilers, tankless water heaters, tank water heaters, and commercial HVAC equipment. If you have specialty equipment, ask us — we may be able to customize coverage. We don’t maintain generators or water treatment equipment, but we can recommend maintenance partners for those systems.

We send seasonal reminders to plan members. Most customers schedule their spring visit in March–April and their fall visit in September–October. If you prefer different timing, just let us know — we’re flexible. As a reminder, scheduling early in the season (before peak demand) often means better availability and faster appointment times.

You can cancel your maintenance plan with notice. If you’ve pre-paid for the year and cancel early, we’ll issue a prorated refund for unused coverage. Month-to-month plans can be canceled with 30 days’ notice. We understand that circumstances change — we want you to feel confident in your membership without being locked in unfairly.

Some plan structures allow accumulated credits toward new equipment purchases or upgrades. If you’re planning a system replacement, we can discuss how your plan membership might apply to financing or discounts on your new installation. Many members use their plan maintenance history as a starting point for replacement decisions.

Call us at (417) 520-7110 or fill out our online form to request a plan consultation. We’ll discuss your equipment, coverage options, and pricing. Once you’ve approved the plan terms, we can typically get you scheduled for your first maintenance visit within 1–2 weeks, often during your preferred season.
